I just wanted to let you know as a tenant, I am very pleased by the upkeep of the landscaping with the apartments...you are doing a great job and as a resident of Colonial Square, I appreciate it.

We loved living here.  The apartments were well maintained.  We would recommend living here to others. We also liked having a playground within the complex.  Thank you for everything!

All the maintenance folks have been very helpful.  We loved our apartment (it was sunny in the winter and shaded in the summer). We liked our apartment and it was great living here! We also loved our accent wall that was done by the office when we signed our lease.
